....i have no idea what this character's story is, but it makes me think of.... okay, check this out. A city girl visits the isolated tribe that her family descended from as part of her anthropology studies. But once they meet her, they take her purple hair to be a sign of divinity, and declare her the new tribal goddess... meaning that she can't leave the village, and is supposed to do nothing else in life but gain weight, have children, and issue commands. At first she resists, but then accepts her new life as a fat goddess, and gets bigger and bigger, looking forward to the point where she is immobile.

Yeah.
